A Little Bit About Me

I was in high school when I first started exercising. I was on the track & field team and went to the gym in my spare time. It wasn’t until college however, when I truly fell in love with the fitness industry and realized how fun exercising can really be. During my senior year of college, I started my fitness career as a personal trainer. I have trained a wide variety of age groups and fitness levels. Becoming a trainer came out of my own love of being active and healthy. Exercising is not meant to be terrible and I’m here to not only help you enjoy your workouts, but to also keep you moving for years to come. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Physiology

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

CPR/BLS Certified
